This past weekend, we ran errands, hung out around home and got Tyson a haircut, as you can see. We also picked up a new power toothbrush for the little guy. Nothing special, just a generic, soft brush for kids with a pirate on it. In other words, a little piece of heaven for a 1 1/2 year old..
He's always been interested in our Sonicare toothbrushes and loves to hold on to it when we brush, plus he enjoys brushing his own teeth, so we figured it was a win/win.
As you can see, there is a lot of slobbering and concentration that goes into it. We have yet to find a successful ending to brushing. If only the $4 brush had a timer and would shut off until the next time.. Until he gets his own Sonicare, we'll keep practicing saying, 'bye brush' and trying to avoid a mini-meltdown after each session. :)
I think this is one of those pictures we'll look back on when he's 18 years old and see he looks just the same, but with less spit drips all over his shirt and chin. Hopefully.
