Running around with a dinosaur..
T: RAWR! I getcha boyy!

Helping him snap together some small Lego parts..
T: We did it her-gether!

Sitting down at the kitchen table..
T: Buckle up. Get in our seats and hold on really tight. Ok? Ok!

I'm still tie-yurrrrrd.

What's that who guy? (Instead of 'who's that guy?')

...and I'm cr-wying!

Momma: What book do you want to read tonight? How about Where The Wild Things Are?
T: Mickey Mouse!
Mr.: ..and Max said..? (quote from Where the Wild Things Are: 'and Max said, 'be still!' and tamed them with the magic trick..')
T: I don't wanna BE STILL!

Momma: T, did you poop?
T: I'm tiiiiyerd.
Momma: Did you also poop?
T: No, I also tie-yurrrrrd.

  1. Aww, sweet boy! I love his little sayings. When he says he's tie-yurrrrd, does he then want to take a nap? Or does he use that for avoiding whatever you want him to do that he doesn't want to do?

    1. He's a goober. Sometimes he really is tired, other times he's trying to get out of something absolutely!! You know!! :) I think also, he's still learning what emotions he's feeling, if that makes sense? And since he's not sure how to maybe explain/express exactly; tired, he knows and that's his go-to. :)

    1. Haha!! Took me a few times when he started saying that to realize he was mixing up the word order, so we'd say it correctly and now he gets it. Usually. :) (Although I kinda like it like 'who guy?')
